Carali's started as a son's promise to honor his mother's dream. It grew into seven locations, a cult following, and some of the most talked-about chicken in Louisville.
Excellent food. Chicken had great flavour. Yucca fries were a sneaky good side! Very friendly, very fast.
Large, well-laid-out Peruvian fast food restaurant. Good food. The rotisserie chicken with a generous portion of green beans and rice bowl dish was excellent. The server was very pleasant and helpful.
The location looks amazing!! The Chaufa is as tasty as ALWAYS. I am excited about the new store, so close to my house!! Everything is sooooo delicious!
